OUR MISSION: The purpose of the New England Intercollegiate Softball Coaches' Association (NEISCA) is to promote the game of fastpitch in every possible way within the boundaries of New England.

1.  To foster and encourage the playing of softball in accordance with the highest traditions of intercollegiate competition.

2.  To gather and disseminate information that will be beneficial to all members of the association.

3.  To promote high standards of sportsmanship and ethics.

4.  To promote better understanding and closer cooperation among coaches, school administrators, game officials, the press, and the public.

5.  To recognize outstanding academic achievement by softball players in member institutions.
